Subscription and return policy

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your HakTrap subscription at any time. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below.

  1. While logged in to www.HakTrap.com, click My Account tab in the menu bar from the menu under your profile.
  2. You will find a ‘Cancel subscription’ link under ‘My subscription’, click the link
  3. Read the confirmation and if you wish to continue, click ‘Cancel my HakTrap Subscription’
  4. Your subscription will now be cancelled and will not be renewed

You will have access to HakTrap Elements until the day your next subscription payment was due to be billed. If you cancel a subscription that you started at a promotional price you will not be able to re-subscribe at the discounted rate should you decide to renew.

What will happen after I cancel?

Between now and the date your subscription would have renewed:

  • Your current subscription will still be valid.
  • You can continue receiving threat updates to your activated HakTrap device.
  • There will not be any pro-rata refunds.

After the date your subscription would have renewed:

  • Your payment method will no longer be charged unless you choose to re-subscribe.
  • You will be able to see a list of subscriptions you have previously purchased.
  • If you re-subscribe, you will be charged a new subscription price (whatever the latest is at the time).

Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at HakTrap.com operated by Axiom Holdings LV, LLC.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

All device returns are subject to a restocking fee of $10.99
